We are seeking a talented and experienced Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Brand Manager, you will develop and implement effective brand strategies, drive brand awareness, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience working as a Brand Manager.

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage brand budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategic adjustments.
- Build strong relationships with media agencies, e-commerce partners, and key stakeholders.
- Drive product launches and promotional activities to achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop trade marketing initiatives and optimize brand performance at the point of sale.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record as a Brand Manager with experience in the FMCG market.
- Experience in media TV, e-store, and trade marketing is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
