ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Responsible for collecting, analysing, monitoring and reporting data to measure the impact of digital marketing touchpoints and online features and services. Ensures optimization of the channel/ digital platforms - eCommerce & websites to deliver results within own area of responsibility.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
- Contributes to the implementation of the digital marketing strategy for online eCommerce and brand executions.
- Collaborates with the Brand & Marketing Deployment teams to activate the brands on the digital platforms and ensure best in class UI/UX innovation
- Overviews, implements and works in an efficient manner with Magento & Salesforce platforms and collects customer and market data that contributes to an efficient review of content and updates it accordingly.
- Briefs the creative & development agencies for ecommerce assets, creates the 360 communication plan and does cross-channel integration within digital & marketing deployment.
- Manages the ecommerce fulfillment agency and overviews the continuation of operational activity and efficiency
- SEO strategy implementation (understanding of it, overviews delivery by agency, implementation of SEO best practices).
- Creates reports on channel performance, trends, and market specifics using PowerBI.
- Completes research and analyzes data to develop and support a sound understanding of customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations with actionable data to support key decision.
- Ensures roll-out plans in line with allocated assignments and proposes solutions when facing obstacles.
- Identifies new opportunities within the digital landscape as to improve consumer experience.
- Performs assignments as allocated by direct manager within own area of responsibility as to contribute to the department results.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Minimum requirement: Bachelor's Degree.
- Knowledge of reporting tools – Power BI, Google Analytics, SEO tools, Clarity
- Commercial focus with an analytical mindset and a conceptual thinker.
- Presentation skills, effective communication.
- Good understanding of the technology linked to the digital commerce platforms.
- Creative thinking alongside ability to challenge and do things differently.
- Basic understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
- Magento platforms and new trending martech tools.
- Very good knowledge and familiarity of Excel and PowerPoint.
