DHL Express has an opening for a Customs Processes & Systems Specialist

In our
Customs Processes & Systems Specialist position, you would:
- Support and development of customs applications used within the customs department.
- Participate in projects related to their implementations, modifications, training.
- Manage processes and manuals in the customs department, supporting operations in systems, processes and applications
- Lead and participate in practical tasks related to the implementation of system changes within the customs process.
- Participate in trainings to develop the knowledge and skills of Customs staff.
- Daily support in solving systemic problems within the export and import process.
- Collaborate within the development team, T&D Specialist representative.
- Maintain and manage daily, weekly, monthly reports, manuals and process maps.

Audit of internal processes and monitoring the quality and efficiency of the processes.
Now, here’s what we need from you:
- Knowledge of customs systems and processes
- Knowledge of customs issues
- Knowledge of the Community Customs Code and related local customs standards and regulations,
- Communicative knowledge of the English language
- General IT literacy
- Knowledge of MS Office Professional
- Personality focused on teamwork
- Ability to negotiate and make decisions independently.
- Ability to pass on information and knowledge to colleagues in the customs department
- Ability to train new employees, prepare them to function independently within the Customs Declaration Department
