What does a Linguistic AI Director do at Hogarth?
- Enhance and implement company's machine learning and machine translation strategy
- Architect and promote go to market machine translation strategies across various localization domains
- Provide consultancy and subject matter expertise regarding machine translation solutions, AI technologies and tools, providing insights and analytics to support data services and best practices guidelines, training and support
- Work with multi-discipline teams to increase machine translation and AI adoption through focus on output quality, post-editing productivity and quality management
- Drive and support innovation for solving problems in development work or onboard new technologies
Reporting lines and key stakeholders
This role reports to the Global Managing Director (New York).
You will work closely with language delivery, talent and quality management and engineer teams.
The role sits on the leadership team, covering Language Services Global offices. The role is accountable for all of the engineering team members based across the global offices.
Requirements
- Profound knowledge with 3+ years of hands on experience with machine translation program, machine learning and linguistic AI implementation
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Experience managing and deploying in cloud services
- Experience with machine learning models(deployment and training)
