For our client, world leader in secure connectivity solutions for embedded applications, we are looking for a Receptionist.
Description
Answering and forwarding phone calls;
Sorting and distributing post;
Preparing meeting and training rooms;
Keeping the reception area tidy;
Taking inventory of supplies and restock as needed;
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties as requested by Admin Coordinator.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook;
Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English;
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
