Ciklum is looking for a Support Engineer to join our team full-time in Romania.

About the role:
As a Support Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team working for our Client.
Our Support Center’s goal is to provide customers with a top-class assistance. We are looking for a service-oriented specialist with excellent English language and excellent communication skills. You should be interested in IT in general and be ready to learn about new products and constantly improve your technical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Shift work
- Gain and maintain full knowledge of the company’s products and flows.
- Receives and handles requests for service, following agreed procedures.
- Providing second tier support to any issue raised and found.
Requirements
- Experience in technical support role
- Experience with Windows OS/Mac OS
- Experience with MS Office/Excl
- Problem-solving / issue troubleshooting / solution development skills
- Ability to analyze logs and find a root cause of the problem
- Ability to create technical documentation with all steps and alternative solutions
- English: B2 (Upper-intermediate)
