About the Role
We're looking for a Production Designer to work with our talented and productive design team. Someone with a relentless attention to detail who can keep up in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks weekly.
Location- Remote, Anywhere in Romania
What You’ll be Doing
Creating designs that conform to our brand guidelines
Resizing, exporting and optimizing social banners and ads in Figma
Building production files for trade show booths and billboards in Adobe Illustrator
Prototyping of Figma web page designs
Cleaning up Figma files for WebDev production
Maintenance and production of Design System components in Figma
Reporting directly to the Creative Director
Maintaining a high quality of design while working under tight deadlines
Other duties as needed
About You
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in Digital Design
Digital design experience with an agency or in-house team
Experience working with a design team
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Self-driven and efficient work ethic
Knowledge of typography, visual hierarchy, color, scale, contract and composition
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience collaborating with creatives and working with cross-functional teams
Understanding of print and digital production specifications
