Position Summary
We are looking for a detail oriented Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team.
As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about payroll and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role
In your daily job:
• You will check employees' attendance, process reports and validate the number of hours worked;
• You will take over medical leaves from the medical office, check them and register them in the Clarvision database;
• You will make various reports related to absenteeism or requested ad hoc;
• You will be part of a continuous process of identifying opportunities to make payroll activities more efficient.
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in the role are your:
• University degree in Economics, Financial or related fields;
• To like working in a team, but to be concerned, at the same time, with your own professional development, looking for new information and being up to date with the legislation in force;
• Having experience in personnel administration and payroll - is an advantage
• To hold the Human Resources Inspector certificate - is an advantage;
• To have knowledge of using Workday system - is an advantage;
• To have knowledge of using a payroll software, Clarvision - is an advantage;
• To have knowledge of English language at an advanced level (written and spoken);
• To have advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Power Point;
• Be an organized, responsible and analytical person.
